The KOMPAK story…
KOMPAK began as a simple idea back in 2017 when the founder, Jasmin Jeffery, struggled to find the resources, support and products that she needed for her first competition prep.
Even though we have now outgrown her mums’ spare bedroom, where KOMPAK began in 2018, our core values remain the same…if not stronger and more important than ever. KOMPAK has since rapidly expanded & has become Europe’s #1 shop for all bodybuilding competition essentials.
HONESTY
We’ll always be honest with our recommendations, our experiences and our advice.
Sometimes you don’t need to buy another pair of shoes or jewellery & we will tell you if this is the case.
We always aim to give honest advice in regards to all stages of your journey in a professional and supportive way.
CREATIVITY
Bodybuilding is an art form, therefore KOMPAK is too.
Our girls come from very creative backgrounds prior to joining Team KOMPAK. So we love taking every opportunity to merge our creative art streaks into all things bodybuilding through our website, branding, social media and content.

Putting your faith into a brand, a coach or someone in your circle to help and support you during your bodybuilding journey is a big thing.
This is why we take our role in your journey SO seriously. We are relentless in our pursuit to learn more every day whilst constantly improving our practices to ensure that KOMPAK ticks the trust box every time.

Bodybuilding and business have so many similarities. The main one we believe is resilience.
Within both industries it is inevitable that you will get knocked down. Again and again.
What separates those who are successful and those who aren’t isn’t how many times you get knocked down…It’s how many times you get back up. It’s how many times you push on regardless of setbacks.
It’s refusing to give up.
We aim to make the whole process of competing easier. From products, to resources and knowledge we want to positively impact as many competitors’ journeys to the stage as possible. Preventing them from having the same overwhelming feeling that Jasmin experienced.
